This is an information website

nouit.no introduces Nouit AS and the website service we are developing. You cannot create a subscription or pay on this website. An email or other enquiry is not an order.

Labelled examples are fictional illustrations, not customer testimonials. A separate demo page can be a concrete proposal with content reviewed before publication. A proposal is not an order or a guarantee of future features.

Before you become a customer

Before delivery, we agree in writing on scope, price, recurring costs, timing and responsibilities. Hosting, maintenance, cancellation, backups and privacy must be addressed in the agreement. These general website terms do not replace that agreement.

Nouit is intended for businesses. Mandatory rights still apply if a contract is made with a consumer.

Content and external services

You retain the rights you hold in your own text, images, logos and other material. When you become a customer, you grant Nouit the limited right needed to adapt, optimise and publish that material as part of the agreed website and other agreed digital deliverables. You must hold the necessary rights and permissions for the material. Rights to the platform, templates and any custom development are set out in the customer agreement.

Publicly available content is not automatically free to copy or reuse. Material from external sources is used only where the customer or Nouit has the rights required for the intended use.

External services linked from a customer website have their own terms and processing rules. Nouit is not a party to purchases or other transactions made directly with those third-party services.

Your own address and future options

Domains, registration, renewals, costs and the registered holder must be clarified. Connecting your own domain does not transfer ownership of the Nouit software.

Further development, a custom-built website or moving to another solution are separate services unless included in your agreement. Export options, rights, costs and data handling on cancellation should be settled before ordering.

Visibility and availability

We can help make content readable for search engines, but do not guarantee indexing, a specific ranking, traffic or sales.

Service levels, fault handling, responsibilities and change notifications must be set out in the service agreement. Unfinished trial features must be identified as such.

Questions or disagreements

Contact contact@nouit.no so we can try to find a solution. Agreements with Nouit should specify governing law and dispute resolution without overriding mandatory rights.

We may update information on this website. Updates here do not automatically change an existing customer agreement.
